What is coaching?

Coaching entails partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize their personal and professional potential.

Our clients are instrinsically creative, resourceful and whole.  Coaching is a way for you to discover, with the aid of a trained coach, what you value, what you need and what you want out of your life.  The job of a coach is to ask powerful questions, listen and empower, so as to elicit the skills and creativity you already posses.

 Coaching Outcomes:

  • Personal and professional growth, learning and insight

  • Reframe and re-wire self-limiting beliefs so as to create the outcomes you want

  • Overcome blind spots that sabotage your capacity for success in career and leadership efforts, as well as relationships

  • Professional engagement and development

  • Clearer connection with your intrinsic values and motives

  • Sense of self-responsibility and accountability

  • A stronger and more healthy sense of self

What happens in a coaching session?

  • You will be encouraged to set specific goals for yourself and / or to define the outcomes you would like to achieve from coaching.

  • Individual and virtual sessions last 1½ hours

  • Most people commit to 6 – 12 sessions.  We aim to book sessions 2 weeks or so apart.  This helps to facilitate gradual change in  targeted habits and behaviours.

  • You may be challenged to fulfill tasks between sessions so as to put the insights you have come to into action.

 Disclaimer:

  • The PSYCH-K® process is strictly limited to the modification of beliefs.

  • The PSYCH-K® process is not designed to diagnose medical problems, nor is it a replacement for medical attention or professional mental health care.

The range of what we think and do

is limited by what we fail to notice

and because we fail to notice that we fail to notice,

there is nothing we can do to change

.....until we notice that failing to notice,

                  shapes our thoughts and deeds
